Terms & Conditions of Use for the 1 Cinta Malaysia Platform

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the 1 cinta platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the operating company of the 1 cinta platform ("1 cinta", "we", or "the platform"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the 1 cinta platform at https://1cinta.im.

By accessing the 1 cinta platform, registering an account, or using any part of our services — including live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, sports betting on EPL and Malaysia Super League football, badminton, e-sports, or any other entertainment products — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

2Member Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 1 cinta platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in Malaysia.
• Hold an active, verifiable Malaysian mobile number.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the 1 cinta platform previously.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Is not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.

1 cinta reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Member Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1 cinta platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual — even under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate freezing of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all cash balances and bonuses held in those accounts.
• Permanent ban from the 1 cinta platform.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code. Do not share your login details with anyone. 1 cinta will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.

4Deposit Methods & Payments

All transactions on the 1 cinta platform are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The accepted deposit methods are as follows:

1 cinta reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of originating from illegal sources or in violation of applicable Malaysian law. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe. If you experience any delay, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 1 cinta account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–5 minutes upon completion of KYC verification.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account held in the registered member's name only.

6Bonuses & Promotions

1 cinta offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for Hari Raya, Hari Merdeka, and major sporting seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly.
• 1 cinta reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of misuse, including hedging bets with the intent of circumventing wagering requirements.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the respective promotional offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

7Casino Game Rules

The 1 cinta platform offers a wide range of casino games including slots, baccarat, roulette, live casino with real dealers, and other table games. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by recognised third-party certification bodies, ensuring every game outcome is genuine, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results are final once a round or hand has been completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 1 cinta's server records will serve as the definitive reference.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities or use game bots constitutes a serious breach of our terms.
• 1 cinta reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the game rules.

8Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section at 1 cinta covers football (EPL, Champions League, Malaysia Super League), badminton (BWF), basketball, tennis, e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2), and a wide range of other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following additional rules:

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless a Cash Out option is made available.
• 1 cinta reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds without prior notice.
• Bet settlements are determined based on the official results announced by the relevant sporting authority. Any protest or appeal lodged by a team after the official result has been declared will not affect the settlement of bets.
• Bets placed on matches postponed by more than 48 hours will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits will be displayed on each betting market.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1 cinta platform and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology that simulates human gameplay.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim bonuses more than once.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with another individual.
• Abusing the customer support system through false complaints or threats.
• Any form of payment fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks.

10Account Closure and Suspension

1 cinta reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-suspension request submitted by the member.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Orders from Malaysian regulatory bodies or authorities.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, all remaining funds (including deposited funds) may be forfeited. 1 cinta's decision in such matters is final. If closure is requested by the member, any eligible balance will be returned after all checks have been completed.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1 cinta shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• Game or bet outcomes that have been verified as valid by our system.

1 cinta's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

12Responsible Gaming

1 cinta takes responsible gaming seriously for all members. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gaming habits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a deposit limit to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a specified period.

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months).

13Amendments to Terms
